I am writing to inform you that Mr. Andrew Yusuf Jari, previously associated with our company, Kopje Outsourcing and Translation Services, is no longer a part of our organization and does not represent Kopje Outsourcing and Translation Services in any capacity. His association with our company was terminated as of July 31, 2023.

Furthermore, we would like to clarify that Ms Faith Midzi has never been employed by Kopje Outsourcing and Translation Services. It has come to our attention that Ms Midzi has used our company’s name without authorization, and we strongly disassociate ourselves from any actions or statements made by her in our name.

We take the matter of unauthorized representation and any potential damage to our reputation very seriously. As a result, we have initiated legal proceedings in this regard and have opened a police case to address the misuse of our company’s name and any associated actions. We are committed to pursuing all appropriate legal remedies to resolve this issue.

We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion that this situation may have caused, and we want to assure all our clients, partners, and stakeholders that we remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in our business operations.

We will provide updates on the progress of the legal case through our official channels and communication platforms to keep you informed. Our domain kopjeoutsourcing.co.za and take heed of any similar domains such as kopjeoutsourcing.com/ kopjeoutsourcing.org etc. which are not from our organization.
